Shipping and Returns Policy
Processing & Shipping:
Please allow up to 7 business days for print-only orders to be processed and up to 14 business days for custom framed orders to be processed. As all items are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping timeframes are additional and will depend on your location.
Shipping Rates:
Australia (Print Only): $30
Custom Framed Prints: Available for shipping within Australia only
All unframed prints are carefully packaged and delivered in a recyclable tube.
Delivery Information:
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Lilly Rose is unable to guarantee shipping timeframes within Australia or internationally and cannot be held responsible for courier delays once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Lilly Rose is unable to reship or issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
If you believe your delivery address may be difficult to locate (for example, rural properties, new developments, or units with special access instructions), please email any necessary delivery details to photographylillyrose@gmail.com after placing your order.
Returns:
Please note that all prints are custom-made to order. For this reason, Lilly Rose does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly ask that you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.
In the unlikely circumstance that your order arrives damaged, please contact Lilly Rose at photographylillyrose@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photographs for assessment.
If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original condition, together with the attached invoice, within 7 days of delivery for Australian orders and 14 days of delivery for international orders.
To be eligible for a replacement, items must be returned unused and in the condition they were received. Lilly Rose cannot offer refunds or replacements for goods that have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to exercise reasonable care, as outlined in the FAQs.
Once the damage has been reviewed and verified, a replacement will be arranged.
Terms of Service:
Lilly Rose reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at any time, even after payment has been made. If an order is declined or limited after payment, a refund will be issued for the affected amount.
If you need to request a change to your order, you must contact Lilly Rose in writing at photographylillyrose@gmail.com as soon as possible. As all prints are custom-made to order, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and are entirely at Lilly Rose’s discretion. Approved changes may incur additional costs, which will be advised before proceeding.
International orders may be subject to currency fluctuations and related charges.
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive another email confirming shipment.
